GENERAL RECOMMeNDATIONS
On the basis of the good digital practices selected and the unique experience of the project participants, we created general recommendations for quality digital teaching and learning.
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the General recommendations is to translate the analysis of practices collected into LESSONS TO BE LEARNT by and for the training / teaching staff, in order to help them take a step back from their everyday practice and capitalise on it.
WHAT IS IT?
THIS DOCUMENT HAS 2 PARTS :

General recommendations for institutions: a guide with some practical advices regarding the quality digital teaching and learning for institutional decision makers (directors, unit managers, instructional managers…).
The advices are focused on 3 main axes :
- Trainers’ support and skills development;
- Digital learning strategy;
- Digital tools and equipment acquisition.

General recommendations for teachers and trainers: it is a methodological catalogue containing several recommendation cards with practical instructions that answer different trainers’ issues thanks to use of digital technologies.
Example of trainers’ issues:
- How do I deal with a learner who has been absent for a long time?
- How to motivate learners to connect to digital tools?
- How to conduct a dynamic and engaging training session?
Each recommendation card contains a brief description of the pedagogical concept related to the issue, 3 – 4 precise instructional methods and some examples of digital tools that could be used in this case.
